Roland Böhmer

Roland Böhmer was born in 1964 in Zurich, where he also studied art history, general history and church history. From 1992–1996 he was engaged in the excavations and building surveyings of the monastery St. Johann in Müstair, from 1998–2000 he was involved in the project "Literature and Mural Art. Manifestations of courtly culture and its representatives in the Middle Ages" at the University of Freiburg. Since 2001 he has worked as scientific assistant of the Zurich perservation of historical monuments.
